Where can I buy San Remo pasta?

  • Online: you can buy online in bulk (in cartons) directly from our website. Note we don’t ship internationally.
  • In Store: If you want to buy products individually, you can find us in a supermarket near you.


How are my products shipped and how much does it cost?

Your products will be delivered via Australia Post for Australian Domestic orders.

How long until I receive my shipment?

Due to current high volumes of orders, processing and dispatch times have been delayed. Please be patient as we work through orders ASAP. During this period orders may take a minimum of 10 working days to be dispatched, possibly longer. After your order has been dispatched delivery times will vary depending on your location. Your product will be shipped from Windsor Gardens, SA, 5087. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

I’ve only received part of my order and/or my order has been in transit for longer than expected?

Australia Post are seeing delays across their network due to Covid-19. With many people moving to online shopping as they work from home, self-isolate or sensibly avoid confined public spaces to protect themselves, there is an uplift in parcels that is resulting in some delays in their network. The current reduction in domestic flights has seen delays begin to occur in their domestic deliveries. Social distancing measures put in place across Australia Post’s facilities also have an impact on the throughput of parcels and letters in their sortation systems, but the safety of their people is a priority.

As our orders are shipped in individual cartons these delays can mean a group of parcels are split up so you may receive part of your order before the rest is delivered. We are dispatching your entire order on the same day but due to the backlog of parcels in Australia Post’s network and the factors mentioned above they’re unable to guarantee an entire order will be delivered at the same time. We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding.

Yes, your order can be sent to a PO Box but please note to add an extra day onto estimated delivery time.

We are proud to make pasta of the highest quality and we are 100% committed to customer satisfaction, so we do offer refunds and/or replacements on a case by case basis.
